Audit of food waste in the canteen, weighing waste for 1 week, searching for solutions to reduce food waste within classes – group work, solution tree – selection of the best solutions with presentation within the school in the school magazine. Repeat waste audit after a certain period of time following the introduction of waste reduction measures (2-3 months).
