Plastic waste represents a significant environmental burden. In schools, large amounts of plastic waste are generated every day, mainly from disposable food packaging, beverage bottles, and packaging from school cafeterias and school events.

With 774 pupils, Vazovova Primary School has the potential to significantly influence the behavior of children and their families towards more responsible waste management. The project responds to the need to systematically reduce the amount of plastic waste, promote the reuse of items, and develop pupils' environmental awareness.

The project is in line with the objectives of the "We don't waste" call, promotes sustainable behavior, and encourages pupils to actively address environmental issues.
