Ninth-grade students tried to find out about hunger in the world and food waste. 

We combined IT lessons with geography, and the children worked in groups to find facts and shoot short videos.

We wanted the students to understand how big a problem hunger and food waste are and to get the impression that something can be done about it, even in the school cafeteria. We discussed the videos and surprising findings together and posted the videos on the school website. We wanted everyone at the school to have more respect for food and appreciate their well-being.
