We want to reduce food waste and educate students in this area. To this end, we are implementing the following activities:

• We regularly monitor food waste.
• We grow food in our school garden, which is then processed in the school cafeteria.
• We compost.
• We educate students about food waste.
• We regularly monitor food waste and evaluate the amount and reasons for returned food.
• During work activities, we grow crops in our edible school garden, which are then processed in the school cafeteria.
• We have introduced a salad bar buffet to reduce food waste.
• We are preparing a workshop called "Cooking with the Chef," in which students will try their hand at preparing simple dishes.
• As part of an educational event, we are preparing a report called "Before Your Plate Hits the Table," which aims to show everything that goes into preparing a meal.
• In cooperation with the school cafeteria, we are planning to prepare snacks for the school buffet.
• We want to place instructions on how to reduce food waste in the school cafeteria, which would complement the instructions on proper dining.
