Our entire project week in sixth grade is focused on sustainability in the clothing and food industries. Through workshops and practical experience, students acquire skills and knowledge in this field.

The purpose of the activity is to introduce students to the reality of the clothing and food industries and show them that it is possible to make big changes in our lives with small steps. Not only do they acquire theoretical knowledge, but they also apply it in practice and try out various steps they can take in their lives at such a young age to make their future on the planet better. We want to show students the unfair practices that are often behind mega-industries, especially in the clothing and food sectors. We let them try, experience, and see for themselves how it is possible to work sustainably in these areas, with respect for both people and nature. Last but not least, the goal is also to be aware of the surrounding world and look beyond the boundaries of one's own social bubble.
