The aim of the project is to reduce food waste. The project teaches children in context so that they understand how food gets to the table and that a lot of work and effort goes into it.

Our goal is for children to realize that food does not just appear on its own, but that it is the result of the work of people and nature. We naturally strengthen their relationship with food, teach them to appreciate ingredients, and think about how much effort it takes to get food onto their plates. We wanted to reduce the amount of food waste in the kindergarten and show children the natural connections. Our aim is to naturally develop children's responsibility for caring for plants and animals and their understanding of the basic natural cycles that are part of everyday life.
