Promoting healthy, sustainable, and responsible eating among students and staff to minimize food waste, strengthen local cooperation, and link quality food with education.
- Self-service serving - Everyone takes as much as they can actually eat - everyone chooses the size of their portion and the side dish they prefer. Food does not end up in the trash, and everyone has the opportunity to customize their plate according to their own tastes and needs.
- Promoting healthy eating - We regularly offer fresh salads, fruit, and light desserts that meet the new consumer basket. Main meals are prepared exclusively from fresh vegetables and fruit without unnecessary stabilizers or emulsifiers.
- Minimal waste and responsibility of each diner - After the meal, everyone wipes any leftovers into a designated container and sorts the used dishes into prepared boxes. In this way, everyone contributes to a clean environment and efficient kitchen operation.
- Cooperation with local suppliers - The cafeteria supports regional producers of meat, fruit, and vegetables.
- Linking food with education - Meals and ingredients are used as part of the educational content - students learn about sustainability, healthy eating, the origin of food, and responsible consumer behavior.
