We have long been committed to reducing waste and the environmental impact of food waste. 
We minimize leftovers by allowing children to prepare their own meals and choose their own portion sizes. They serve themselves salads according to their taste, and each child creates their own salad, side dish, etc.

At our preschool, children serve themselves not only lunch but also snacks. They can choose their own spread and how thickly it is spread on their bread. We offer a variety of fruits and vegetables. When children have a choice, they are more likely to eat or try new things.
