The Schoolyard Composting Hub

  • The Mission: To reduce the school's carbon footprint by recycling organic snack waste.

  • The Process: Students collect peels, cores, and scraps in designated bins, which are then processed in our schoolyard composter.

  • The Result: High-quality fertilizer that sustains our school’s plant life, reducing the need for chemical alternatives and teaching students the value of soil health.
