Food Waste Detective Diary
Students keep a diary for one week, describing what food is thrown away in their homes and why (e.g., spoiled, too large a portion). At the end of the project, there is a discussion about "smart shopping" with a list.
The goal was to raise awareness of the economic and environmental consequences of food waste.
