The Zero-Waste Snack Station

  • The Problem: High volumes of food waste occur daily when students discard unopened, non-perishable items and whole fruits from their school lunches.

  • The Solution: We established a centralized "Good Fridge" station—a non-refrigerated trolley and shelf system—where students can safely deposit unwanted, pre-packaged food.

  • The Impact: This initiative fosters a circular school economy, reducing environmental waste while providing free, accessible nutrition for any student in need.
