Our elementary school aims to reduce food and plastic waste in our daily school routine through simple measures. As a “Water School,” we place special emphasis on using reusable bottles and consciously avoiding single-use plastics. The children work together to monitor the waste generated, learn to handle food mindfully, and implement practical measures such as using reusable lunchboxes and sorting waste. Through joint activities with teachers and parents, sustainability is taught in an age-appropriate manner and embedded in daily school life for the long term.
