Bildungscampus Heidemarie Lex-Nalis (GTVS)

We are in close contact with the kitchen even when ordering lunch. Every week, we discuss which dishes are popular and which are less popular. In the bistro, the pupils first take a small portion of each dish, taste it and then help themselves to more of the dishes they like. At the request of our student council, we have already organised small compost bins for the first two classes; the children want to collect fruit and vegetable waste for each class. The contents are then disposed of in the organic waste bin instead of throwing the fruit and vegetable scraps into the residual waste. It's so nice to support our children with their ideas!
