Shortly describe your project

After discussing the lunch options available both in and outside of school, a lively conversation about pancakes and the best flavors began. This sparked the idea of cooking together as a class. The two vegetarians suggested making vegan pancakes that taste just like traditional ones, with an added focus on reducing food and packaging waste as much as possible.
